Furniture Assistance Program was designed to assist families struggling to make ends meet with essential household items, requests are processed on a first come, first serve basis until funds are exhausted. To apply please fill out the application below or you an apply in person at the Old Town Mission (116 E Pinal St.) in Old Town Cottonwood. 

The Mission Thrift Store is unable to give away any items until it has been approved through the Old Town Mission, there are no exceptions.

Program is not designed for clients who wish to update their furniture. Once an application is approved the Mission Thrift Store will set up a time to look at available furniture and household items.

Clients are able to request assistance a maximum of two times per year and they must meet certain qualifications. ​

• Recently acquired housing

• Furniture damaged due to natural disaster 

• Change in living situation 

• Emergency need
