Briggs

Worked for 33 years as a Chef/Professor at The Culinary Institute of America. During her tenure at the Institute she taught many courses, the most influential in her Career as a chef was Culinary Science and Flavor Dynamics.

"These courses gave me deep insight into the intricate world of flavor development."

Teaching at all the Institutes campuses and including traveling the world; I was exposed to many aspects of the food world.

I'm now living in Camp Verde, Arizona and enjoying retirement, I get to share my talents with friends.

Dobrowolski

Chef Christopher was born in New Orleans and grew up in Sedona AZ and various places throughout California. His exposure to fine dining, traditional street foods, Farm to table dining and becoming fascinated with the vast flavors of food at such a young age led him to believe how happy and excited the taste of dishes made him. Chef Christopher attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute in the late 90’s after already experiencing years of experiences with great chefs and restaurants while in High School.

Hello! My name is Alliee Love, I am a born and raised Cottonwood local. I have always loved cooking from a young age. I would like to think my hearing loss helped my love for cooking because food doesn't talk so I don't need to hear it! I started cooking for my career up in Jerome and made my way down to Old Town Cottonwood working at Merkin Vineyards Osteria as a cook- where the restaurant specializes in farm to table cooking. I love being able to create a meal and serve it with pride, making an unforgettable experience for my hometown.
